Subway Soprano

Amazing music is all around us! When organist Anna Lapwood stopped at London Bridge Station on a whim to play some music in honor of the Queen, she had a wonderful surprise encounter. Marcella, a security guard, asked if Anna could play “Lascia ch’io pianga”, then sang the vocal accompaniment beautifully. Isn’t it amazing we can run into these blessed moments in our everyday lives? What impromptu musical experiences have you had? Share with us on our Facebook!
