Hina Maeda (前田妃奈) is a rising Japanese violinist known for her remarkable technique and extraordinary artistry. Born in Osaka in 2002, Maeda began playing the violin at the age of four and quickly showed exceptional talent. she had studied under Atsuko Inoue, Etsuyo Maeda and has currently been studying under Machie Oguri, Kouichiro Harada and Mayuko Kamio at Tokyo College of Music

Maeda's early career was marked by number of awards and accolades, including first prize in the prestigious All-Japan Student Music Competition in 2008 and the 1st Prize, the Virtuoso Prize and the Sponsorship Prize for contestants with the highest score in all categories at the 16th Kloster Schöntal Violin Competition in Germany in 2015.

Maeda is known not only for her virtuosity but also for her deeply expressive playing. Once in an interview, she said she enjoys reading a lot, because it inspires her feeling and broadens the imagination for the world. She brings a unique sensitivity and emotional depth to her performances, drawing listeners into the heart of the music.
