Uplift your soul with the Schola Cantorum of The Cardinal Vaughan Memorial School's latest breathtaking recording, a collection of Christmas music performed by the boys’ choir and Portuguese harpist Zita Silva.
Available to stream and buy on 12 November, the recording includes works by contemporary composers Richard Allain, Owain Park and Errollyn Warren. There are also two new arrangements created for the recording - the popular Welsh Lullaby, Suo Gan (featured above), and also a new version by Jonathan Rathbone of The Twelve Days of Christmas.
The kids have worked tirelessly both online and offline during lockdowns and school closures to make this recording happen, so we're happy to see their efforts pay off and hear them sing again!
