Whether it's setting out across an open plain on a new adventure, or the lonely tranquility of space, video game music is often composed to match a specific scene or story, so if you're familiar with the game it's from, you may have strong memories associated with the music. Regardless of whether or not you've played the game though, the music can definitely evoke emotions, and the Halo theme certainly leaves an impression.
