北極星男童合唱團成立於2011年，其仿效歐洲的男童合唱團傳統，由藝術總監Francis Stockwell和執行總監Craig “Andy” Anderson與這一傳統連結，他們在引導合唱團風格上的多年合作創造了獨特而強大的夥伴關係。Francis Stockwell曾在英國、德國和奧地利學習並與維也納兒童合唱團合作，他以引導男孩們達到音樂上的卓越成就和指導男孩們演唱出清晰、乾淨而豐富、廣泛的「維也納聲音」而載譽國際。
